TEACHERS’ DAY CELEBRATION
‘A teacher is like a candle who enlightens the path of her students.’
These words accentuated the morning of September 5, 2019 when the school celebrated Teachers’ Day to pay a tribute to all those mentors who enlighten the lives of their students. Students of class XII took over the mantle of responsibility and stepped into teachers’ shoes and took the charge for the day.
Students of class XII organized a special programme for teachers where they expressed their gratitude and appreciation for their teachers through the poems and speech highlighting the significance of teachers’ in students’ life. The students gifted roses and pens to their beloved teachers, to thank them for the roles they play in their lives.
The presence of management members added charm to the day and they blessed everyone with their words of wisdom.
Principal Mam in her address put more emphasis on moral and ethical values, which she would expect the students to follow and applauded them for organizing such a wonderful programme.
There was a special programme for teachers, after students’ departure .The programme commenced with the motivational and educational speech of Dr. I.C Gupta (school manager). Some teachers were felicitated with the certificate of honor for their outstanding result in session 2018-19 and charismatic personalities. They were also given badges and memento.
After that a special programme was organized by ‘Tanishq’. They had planned many games for teachers and gave their special coupons and vouchers also, followed by a sumptuous lunch for the staff .
It was truly a proud day for the teachers to bask in the love and attention they received from their students!
